Trinity is an evangelical Baptist Church located just outside Tenterden town centre on the Ashford Road in Kent. We are conservative in our handling of the Bible and contemporary in our presentation of it. We believe that the good news of Jesus Christ is the power of God for saving and renewing lives and bringing people into a relationship with their Maker. 

We love the Bible and submit to it as God's authoritative and inerrant (without error) Word to all. Our practice is not to judge the Bible, but to let it judge us. We believe that its relevance crosses all cultures and generations, speaking effectively into every situation and difficulty that life's journey presents. Thus, we encourage our members to be committed to attending all three of our services/ meetings (see left) so as to fully benefit from the ministry of the Bible as well as fellowship, corporate prayer and breaking of bread.

As a Church, we are committed to communicating this good news in an appropriate style to the age in which we live. Thus, our Sunday services integrate both traditional and contemporary styles of corporate worship assisted by a range of musical instruments, with members taking part appropriate to the gifts they have been given. The Bible is explained in a way that is relevant to life today, aided by the use of multimedia technology and contemporary language, with lively visual and practical illustrations increasing the impact of the message.
